The 9 Principles
Nine principles that guide how Inner Ecology understands health, the practitioner's role, and the direction of lasting regenerative change. The classical six naturopathic principles, extended by three regenerative expansions for contemporary wholistic practice.
The Foundation
These nine principles form the philosophical and practice foundation of Wholistic Naturopathy - the tradition within which Inner Ecology Repatterning™ is situated. The first six are the classical principles of naturopathic medicine, held across naturopathic traditions worldwide. The final three are the regenerative expansions that reflect the ecological and conscious dimensions of contemporary wholistic practice. Together they describe a way of understanding health, the practitioner's role, and the direction of lasting change.

The Regenerative Three · New Principles for a New Era
These nine principles are not a checklist. They are a way of seeing. When understood together, they describe a practitioner whose compass is the healing power of life itself - working always in the direction of coherence, wholeness, and the conditions in which health can naturally emerge.
